At NAE, we believe in a circular fashion model — one that reduces waste, extends product life, and gives more people access to sustainable design. That’s the vision behind our Pre-Loved Programme.

We invite our community to send us their gently worn NAE shoes that they no longer use. These returns are joined by samples used in photoshoots, and pairs with minor defects that didn’t make it to retail. Every pair is carefully inspected by our team.

Only the best-quality items are refreshed and listed in our Pre-Loved Collection — a curated space for second chances at conscious fashion.

Products that don’t meet our resale standards are never discarded. We donate them to NGOs and organisations supporting people in need, giving every pair a new purpose.

This initiative not only reduces waste — it reflects our belief that fashion should be fair, circular, and accessible.

The project works to rehabilitate boreholes, ensuring safe, accessible drinking water while significantly reducing carbon emissions by eliminating the need to burn wood to boil unsafe water.
