We are focusing on Self Care and Veganism, to make sure you have a relaxing and joyful time.

Get centered

The four agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz is a beautiful book that will help you to let go of unnecessary pain and worry. At the same time, it will ask you to take the higher road. Don Miguel Ruiz provides an emotional and freeing journey. In this way, you can become a better person and focus on what truly matters.

It’s an easy book to read, especially because it breaks it all down into 4 agreements:

  • Always be impeccable with your word
  • Don’t take anything personally
  • Don’t make assumptions
  • Always do your best

These simple and powerful agreements will help you detach your sense of value from other’s actions and opinions towards you. At the same time, it will ask you to raise up to your life and be the person you would like to encounter. It may be harder sometimes, but the peace of mind that comes with it is priceless.

Find the truth

Eating Animals, by Jonathan Safran Foer and talks about animal agriculture. He talks about animal breeding horror, and shares a lot of interesting facts about this industry. By interesting we mean it will definitely put any meat desires to rest. Even if you already seen enough to convince to go plant-based, it’s always good to be informed. The more informed we are the better our conversations will be, and greater the chance of getting through to people.
