If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day your order is delivered, without giving any reason.
NAE offers a 30-day return and exchange period. This commercial return period does not limit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our Returns Portal or contact us at orders@nae-vegan.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Locker delivery availability depends on your specific country.
Priority Express is available at checkout on all orders, including those above the free shipping threshold. Priority orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

We will never apply a penalty for refunds to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. First exchange is free in all regions where returns are covered. Additional exchanges from the same order are at the customer's expense.
