Exchanges and Returns

Europe ( EEA ) and United Kingdom: If you need to make an exchange or return, it will be free of charge and must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please use the free return label provided with your order.

Rest of the World: If you need to make an exchange or return, the costs related to shipping to NAE's facilities will be the responsibility of the customer and must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Condition: Items must be in good condition and show no signs of use to be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds: The refund amount does not include any shipping costs.

Cost of First Exchange ( EEA and United Kingdom): Supported by NAE. Additional exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
