At NAE Vegan Shoes we believe in giving products a second chance. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our Pre-Loved Program, designed to reduce waste, support charitable causes, and extend the life of every pair we make.

How it works?

  • 1. Return

    If you have gently used shoes or accessories from NAE that you no longer need, simply return them to us.

  • 2. Assessment

    Upon receiving your returned items, our team will carefully assess them to determine their condition and potential for repurposing.

  • 3. Cleaning & Repair

    If the shoes or accessories can be cleaned and repaired, we'll do our best to give them a fresh lease on life. We strive to ensure that every item is in the best possible condition before moving forward.

  • 4. Donation

    For items that meet our quality standards but may not be suitable for resale, we partner with local NGOs to donate them to those in need. Your contribution helps support communities and individuals in meaningful ways.

  • 5. Resale

    If the item is in excellent condition, we'll offer it for resale on our website at a reduced price. Fifty percent of the net proceeds from Pre-Loved sales are donated to local NGOs, allowing you to shop with purpose and make a positive impact.

  • 6. Recycling

    For items that cannot be salvaged or repaired, we responsibly separate their components and recycle them, minimizing waste and environmental impact.
