Este é o meu primeiro par de sapatos NAE e estou muito contente. São confortáveis durante todo o dia e ficam bem com tudo! Houve alguma confusão com a minha morada, mas o serviço de apoio ao cliente da NAE resolveu o problema de imediato e foram muito simpáticos. Voltarei a comprar aqui!

Sono rimasta molto colpita dall'attenzione del customer care che mi ha inviato la foto delle scarpe, per verificare che il piccolo difetto presente non pregiudicasse il mio gradimento. A parte l'efficienza e la gentilezza del customer care devo dire che le scarpe sono arrivate in perfetto stato, a parte il piccolo difetto sono nuove, ma proprio nuove. Sono molto soddisfatta.

I have purchased many, many vegan shoes from various vegan shoemakers, and all of them have required extensive breaking in. All until now.

These Basti Brown boots are stunningly beautiful, and they haven't given me a single blister. I'm so in love with them, and they're wearing brilliantly with little additional wrinkles that give them even more character.

This was my first pair of shoes from NAE, but it won't be my last!
