- Free Shipping & Returns on all orders over 99 USD ( Express Shipping 2-3 Days )
- For orders under 99 USD, shipping costs 14.90 USD.
- Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.
- Want to receive your order with priority handling? Add Priority Shipping for 14.90 USD — available on all orders, including those over 99 USD. Priority Shipping ensures faster handling and dispatch, giving your order VIP treatment.
- Responsibility: NAE Vegan Shoes is not liable for delays caused by the logistics provider.
- Unclaimed Orders: If your order is unclaimed and returned, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are free for orders over 99 USD.
- For orders under 99 USD, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We will provide a prepaid Express return label for 14.90 USD, and this amount will be deducted from your refund. - Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Refunds: We refund the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- First Exchange: Free. Additional exchanges from the same order are at the customer’s expense.
🧭 How to Return or Exchange
- Registered Customers: Log into your account and follow the return steps.
- Guest Checkout: Email orders@nae-vegan.com with your order number and request.
- We’ll guide you through the return and send a return label for secure shipping back to our warehouse in Portugal.
General Return Guidelines – A Few Friendly Reminders
⏳ Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll get in touch to ask if you’d prefer a refund or store credit. (Store credit is our favorite – it helps us stay sustainable and independent!) Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after your confirmation.
📦 Exchanges: We’ll do our best to secure the size you want! But due to limited stock, we can’t guarantee availability. If the exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
🐾 Pet Hair & Park Walks: We love animals (that’s kinda our thing), but returned shoes covered in cat fur or dog hair will have to be adopted elsewhere. The same goes for shoes with soles that look like they took a lovely stroll through the park — we can’t accept used items.
🛠️ Wrong or Faulty Items: If your order isn’t quite right or arrived with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it — promise.
