We’re excited to offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $90! For orders under $90, standard shipping is just $8.90. Need your vegan shoes faster? We’ve got you covered—express shipping is available for $18.90, with delivery in no time. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your purchase so you can enjoy your new shoes as soon as possible.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Sizing Advice for US Customers: To help avoid returns (which we know can be a pain for everyone 😉), we recommend checking with us about sizing before placing your order. We’re more than happy to help you find the perfect fit!
  • Logistics: Once your package is with the carrier, we’re unable to control any delays caused by shipping companies. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Unclaimed Orders: If an order is unclaimed, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Import Taxes: While we cover the shipping costs, please note that import taxes and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. We wish we could cover these too, but each country has its own rules. We appreciate your understanding!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange your item, here’s how it works:

  • Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges to our Portugal facilities are the customer’s responsibility. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team is happy to assist you—just reach out to us.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the product price, excluding any shipping costs.
  • First Exchange: We’ll cover the cost of your first exchange. Any additional exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return or Exchange:

  • If you have an account with us, log in to your customer area and follow the instructions to start a return or exchange.
