Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

We will never apply a penalty for refunds to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. First exchange is free in all regions where returns are covered. Additional exchanges from the same order are at the customer's expense.
U.S. orders over $99: your prepaid return label is free. Orders under $99: the label costs $14.90, deducted from your refund. Returns go to a U.S. address, so there is no international shipping or customs.
