Return and Refund Conditions
- All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm if it meets the return requirements. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Europe and Continental Portugal:
- If you need to make an exchange or return, it is free of charge and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Please use the free return label provided with your order for the return process.
Rest of the World:
- If you need to make an exchange or return, the shipping costs associated with returning the item to NAE Vegan Shoes will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
